Jager Archery has built a reputation over the last 5 years as a supplier of superior quality, high performace grips for both recurve and compound archery. We plan to continue that mission for many years to come. Our products are the result of our passion for the sport of archery. That includes all kinds of archery. If it flings arrows, we want to be there thinking about how to make it even better for our shooters. The area we think has the greatest effect on shot excecution is how you interface with your bow. When you purchase a Jager grip (and soon to be released in its final version Jager Tab), you don’t just get something that looks good, but a grip that helps you realize a much better interface. The world is full of great (and not so great, but that’s a matter of taste) bows, all of which were designed to perform to certain standards. I’m sure almost everyone can, without hesitation, remember saying at one time or other, “I like this bow a lot, but this grip is terrible!” This is exactly why we exist.
Our products are designed to improve how you connect to your bow. You can spend all you want on mechanical design, but if you can’t make it work, it might as well be a string and a stick.
If you’re wondering why you should order a Jager Grip, you might consider the intergrated rubber palm pad reason enough. This option puts a firm but slightly tacky rubber between you and your grip. Those of you with a sweaty palm can already see the value. Imagine combining an option like this with a well shaped grip that puts your hand where it should be rather than just somewhere just below the middle of your high dollar rig.
Have a look around the site and see if there’s something you like. I have grips for most of the top manufacturers ranges, and even a few I consider orphans. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, it might be worth it to send us an email and ask about something that may not be on display or is in some stage of development. We may not be able to get back to you immediately, but we try to answer all inquiries.
And yes, this is the long awaited update to the Jager Grips Site. Not only have we updated the site, but also our location. Jager Archery is now located in beautiful downtown Pickney, Michigan. Yes, I moved the company on purpose, and don’t give me too much grief about leaving Colorado because I am just down the road from Sky Archery!
